The Haus der Musik in the Seilerstätte in the 1st district is Vienna's sound museum. And especially in Vienna, the city of music, a trip to this museum is definitely worth it! Because here even your ears will make eyes.
In the former city palace of Archduke Charles, visitors embark on a musical journey from the great classical period to the present and even into the future. In this sense, four floors offer numerous opportunities to immerse themselves in the universe of tones and sounds.
And indeed, you can use all your senses. Because the House of Music makes it possible that you can not only hear music, but also see and feel it.

What's more, visitors can even try their hand at the art of composing or conducting themselves here. How about your very own personal waltz? You can put it together easily and playfully at the Vienna Sound Museum.
Another installation makes it possible to temporarily slip into Mozart's skin. On the other hand, you can also change your name into a Mozart interpretation.
Haus der Musik also offers numerous attractions for children. Whether it is the zoo concert or the interactive piano "Step by Step". Children will definitely get their money's worth here. But the history of music is not neglected either.
A comprehensive insight into the history of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, offers the specially created
